Q: Where and by whom are your products made?
A: All of the glass dildos from our collection are made in our factory here in Europe. We respect the Quality Management System SR EN ISO 9001:2001 and Environmental Management System SR EN ISO 14001:2004. We are proud of our team who develops this line and our professional glass blowers, with years of experience, have all of our appreciation.
Q: What is a Pyrex borosilicate glass?
A: The Pyrex glass is a heat resisting glass, has a neutral character and is completely non-toxic. It is the same glass used in Scientific and Medical glass instruments.Our borosilicate glass is made by the most important producers in the world: Northstar Glassworks, Glass Alchemy (made in US), Schoott (made in Germany) and Simax (made in Czech Republic).
Q: Are the Glass Sex Toys safe?
A: Our glass dildos are made from Pyrex glass, which is the safest glass material for glass sex toys. Pyrex is a very strong glass but of course it is still glass, so you have to take care when you handle it. If you drop it on the hard surface the dildo may crack or brake, or have smalls nicks – in this case we STORGLY RECCOMEND you not to use it anymore. For us everything is important when we produce a dildo: the design; the size; the shape but the most important thing is the quality of the toy. Starting with purchasing quality glass material; we inspect each rod for the production, we test the glass with a Polariscope at the begining and at the end; we annealed each dildo into a process that takes between 24 and 48 Hours.
Q: I see many glass dildos and some of them are quite cheap, Why yours are expensive compare with the other?
A: There are may reasosn ranging from quality of the glass we use to make it to the quality of the actual dildo and the services we offer. Our glass is the best in the world. As previously stated, it is the same type laboratories use for storing chemical, or blood smaples. In the past, tis glass was used to make glass eyeballs, for people who lost an eye. Also on a dildo there are a lot of people working to offer you dildos of the best quality on the market.
Q: Is it safe to use lubricants with sex toys?
A: Not only that it is safe, but it is also recommended. Even if the glass has soft surface, by using lubricants your toy will give you new sensations and reactions. Try it and send us your impressions.
Q: I really like your products. Can i become an affiliate or something?

Q: How can I place an order?
A: You can place an order directly on the site by adding your items to your shopping cart.
Q: Do you ship your goods to anywhere in the world?
A: We are shipping all over the world using UPS service or Regular post. The only exceptions are the countries where the 2 transport services are not working. Please check the list of the available destination
Q:It is secure to submmit my business card information?
A: Please check our payment policy where all the details regarding security of the payment are explained. We are using PAYPAL and ePayment solutions that are using SSL (256 bits) or SSL (128 bits) connections so everything is as safe as it can be.
